Regular untracked postage is free. Express post is $14.95. Orders are sent with Australia Post.

Regular untracked postage is between 4-8 business days. Express post is between 1-3 business days. We only deliver to Australia and New Zealand.

Pickup is available for large orders over 5000 wristbands by appointment only.

Our wristbands are competitively priced considering our wristbands are manufactured from Tyvek. Unlike some of our competitors wristbands, we believe that our wristbands are the best on the market. If you find the same product using the same material, send us their quote and we will see if we can beat it.

We accept Bank Transfer, Paypal and Credits Cards. We also accept Apple Pay and Google Pay for mobile devices.

We do not charge GST as we are a small business that earns under the GST turnover taxable threshold.

At Event Wristband we do not store any of your Credit Card information. Our website uses domain-validated certificate compliant with Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), so it’s a standard SSL that is excellent for protecting our website.

Your personal information is only used to fulfil your order. We only release your information to a third party that meet the data privacy conditions described in this Privacy Statement. These third parties help us use your Personal Information and include:
• logistics providers, so that we can fulfil our delivery service;
• government third parties, including government agencies, regulatory bodies and law enforcement agencies as required, authorised or permitted by law.
